He can't self pardon, or any president can never be held accountable, and could ignore all laws and remain in control forever using any means possible.

Between now and 2 weeks after we have President Biden in office all hell will break loose, against trump and republicans. I think they'll be many whistle blowers leak damning information on them both very soon, a lot more damning information against trump and some republicans involvement in the attempted coup, and we'll see republican members of Congress switching sides, getting exposed, and if lucky indicted. I think it's very close to starting , and also arrests of a lot More extremists about to attack various places. They know this has to stop now.

With solicitation of the election investigator he called, and the call to the GA SOS, which they both refused to do. Haven't heard anything on this. The trumpers need to be asked why everything he claims about others is showing he's the one who been doing that, not others.

That way more information can be learned and given to the American people about his involvement, and to get a bigger group of Republicans to sign on to do it.

If Justice isn't served for all involved in this attempted coup,
And for murder, and all crimes we will lose faith in the rule of law, our government , and weaken further our Democracy, because without severe consequences it'll encourage it to happen again. This cannot be a for the good of the country moment excuse to let any of this go. The rule of law and Justice has to prevail especially for those in a position of power.
Pence has really only one choice to make,
After trump threatened him and his family's lives, he has to use the 25th to remove him at once, and stop him maybe trying it again. I think this is also partially about trump demanding he pardon him, and he refused. Pence has no future in politics no matter what he does, but publicly would look better if he used it to get rid of his constant threats to this country , and to our Democracy. His safety is being threatened as long as he remans in office. I believe trump has zero issues with anyone's lives being threatened if it benefits him.

So as soon as the new AG gets into office he needs to announce a new special prosecutor looking into the 2016, 2018, and the 2020 elections having 3 separate people over each election. My choices would be Sally yates, Andrew Weisman, and Glen Kirshner , with unlimited authority to uncover everything, especially money, and Putins involvement. The GOP claims they wanted this, but watch them balk at the idea of really doing it.
Should Democrats challenge all pardons trump gave,
Where they can prove he is criminally involved with them , asking the courts to overturn them? I don't think the courts would let that side , or any President could be allowed to conspire criminally without consequences other than an impeachment and conviction, which would allow he and members of Congress to be allowed to subvert the rule of law at will.
Got some legal questions,
Can trump give someone involved in this attempted coup a second pardon, and could people involved in this be charged using RICO? Do states have anything like that to use against them if they are pardoned soon? Could US or state attorney's and AG's(GOP) be charged if proof shows they've conspired and involved by obstructing charges against people in their states? Could pardons be overturned if shown trump was involved, and by giving those others involved pardons it is illegal?
