Got some legal questions,

Can trump give someone involved in this attempted coup a second pardon, and could people involved in this be charged using RICO? Do states have anything like that to use against them if they are pardoned soon? Could US or state attorney's and AG's(GOP) be charged if proof shows they've conspired and involved by obstructing charges against people in their states? Could pardons be overturned if shown trump was involved, and by giving those others involved pardons it is illegal?

Again any US attorney or any state AG that there is proof they are conspiring with those involved to obstruct their prosecution by refusal to produce charges against them.

Any new crime can be pardoned by a new Pardon.

Does it? Only up to the time of the pardon. So say if the person got pardoned , 2 weeks later commits another crime, its not covered, and could trump pardon them again to cover that too, the new crime.

But to do so before they’re charged would mean he’d have to list pretty specific things, and maybe the feds could find a charge outside of those. That’s my hope anyway.
