27. Trump supporter pitched her real estate business to fellow rioters during Capitol insurrection

In a criminal complaint unsealed on Friday, prosecutors claim that realtor Jenna Ryan last week posted a video of herself pledging to storm the Capitol building while seemingly declaring that she didn't care whether she died during the incursion.

"We are going to f*cking go in here," Ryan declared in the video. "Life or death, it doesn't matter. Here we go."

Shortly after this declaration, she decided to let other insurrectionists know that they should look her up if they ever needed to buy a house while in the greater Dallas area.

Cruz gave Lauren Boebert $70,500

The Federal Elections Commission (FEC) sent a letter last week to Representative-elect Lauren Boebert, R-Co., asking the QAnon sympathizer to disclose her campaign's fundraising ties to Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Tx.

The FEC's letter says Boebert failed to report the Cruz 20 for 20 Victory Fund PAC as a fundraising partner, even though two reported transfers appear to have come through joint fundraising efforts. Boebert and Cruz both reported the mid-September transfers, which dropped $136,250 in Boebert's campaign account.

Federal rules require joint fundraising committees to disclose their partners. While Cruz's PAC listed the Boebert campaign in its initial filing this July, the gun-rights restaurateur and political novice apparently did not reciprocate despite updating her own campaign's registration in September.

"It is generally not a good excuse to say, 'I forgot' to accurately designate contributions," Brett Kappel, campaign finance expert at Harmon Curran, told Salon. "But the FEC is lenient with first-time candidates, so she may not be sanctioned unless there are other violations."

Parler helped the FBI identify at least one person charged in connection with the Capitol riot
Parler is sharing information with the FBI for the Department of Justice's investigations into the riot at the US Capitol.

An affidavit from an FBI special agent filed in court Tuesday says Eduardo Florea stockpiled more than 1,000 rounds of ammo and threatened to kill Sen.-elect Raphael Warnock of Georgia.

The affidavit says the FBI received records from Parler to identify the user behind the account "LoneWolfWar," where the threats originated. Parler provided the phone number associated with the account, the affidavit says, and the FBI used it, and info from T-Mobile, to identify Florea.

Florea, a professed supporter of the Proud Boys, a neofascist pro-Trump group with chapters across the US, was denied bond and remains in jail while awaiting trial.

Dave Bautista, a former WWE wrestler and Guardian of the Galaxy member, has offered a $20,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest of whoever wrote “TRUMP” on the back of a Florida manatee.

The Tampa native took to Twitter this week to declare the reward, and promised bonuses for helping catch the “MAGATs.”

“If there’s not already a reward for the arrest and conviction of the low life scummy MAGATs that did this I’ll throw in $20,000,” tweeted Bautista, who is a registered Democrat. “And I promise there will be bonuses to that reward!”

It can't be emphasized enough that the chief suspect in the January 6 insurrection, Ali Alexander—who has confessed to a seditious conspiracy with top Trump allies Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar, and Mo Brooks—is currently on the run, and being funded through donations from seditionists.

In order to establish that Trump, Giuliani and their agents planned/coordinated the January 6 insurrection, all that's needed is to establish that Trump was in contact with his top allies about a plan for January 6 before the day. That's it—that's how close the evidence has come.

We already know Ali Alexander has met with Trump; we know he claims to have "private" info about Trump's calls to people in Arizona; we know Trump was trying to overturn the Arizona vote via direct intervention. The chance he didn't plot with his Arizona allies is virtually zero.

Trump will be impeached for incitement to insurrection today. But in 7 days, the investigation of the January 6 insurrection has brought a charge of seditious conspiracy to Trump's doorstep. We're so far beyond incitement to insurrection now. Things will only get worse for Trump.

Rep. Jason Crow said on MSNBC, “I’m one of the members who is leading the oversight of a Government Accountability Office investigation that we’re hoping to kick off here very soon. But all of the events leading up to the 6th and some of the security failures and breakdowns as we’re obligated to do, so we’ll gather the facts and apply the facts to the remedies. Whether it’s censure or expulsion, but the first step has to be to gather the facts.”

Crow added, “There, are a handful of those members frankly who are just so depraved, so morally bankrupt at this point that they are dangerous people. So we have to look at applying the facts to what happened and what the remedies are. And then we’ll see where we need to go.”
Speaker Pelosi is calling for any member of Congress to be criminally prosecuted who aided and abetted the attack.

Rep. Crow laid it out well. There will be a full investigation of the Republican members of Congress and their activities and behaviors before the attack. Since the insurrectionists knew where to go when they got into the Capitol, it is a safe guess that they had inside help. With so many people charged, and all of the Parler data available to law enforcement, if any House Republicans were involved, there is likely to be enough evidence for criminal charges and expulsion.

A Scottsdale judge has issued an arrest warrant for Tim "Baked Alaska" Gionet, who live-streamed himself and others participating in the Capitol riot in January after he did not show up at a Thursday hearing in connection with a separate incident.

In January, as Congress met to certify President-elect Joe Biden's win in the Electoral College, supporters of President Donald Trump swarmed the Capitol grounds. Some rioters were able to enter the building, causing the electoral vote count to stop as lawmakers were forced to take cover. Gionet live-streamed his perspective of the event on the gaming website DLive.

Gionet, labeled a white supremacist by the Southern Poverty Law Center, has been banned from several social media platforms including Twitter and YouTube. He was observed marching at the 2017 Unite the Right protest in Charlottesville, Virginia which left one protester dead.

Gionet was arrested in December after using a chemical irritant against a bouncer that kicked Gionet out of an Arizona restaurant. In connection with the case, Gionet was arrested on suspicion of assault, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Upon his release, Gionet was ordered to remain in Arizona. Gionet broke those restrictions by going to the Capitol building in January.

The Spring Hill vocal coach and piano teacher sang like an angel when she posted videos of herself crooning Norah Jones’ Don’t Know Why or belting out Memory from Cats, and when she went to Sicily in 2012 for an international music competition, she won.

That led to a showcase on a stage inside New York’s Carnegie Hall.

More recently, Southard used her powerful soprano to scream at police officers that they should “tell f--king Pelosi we’re coming for her! F--king traitorous c--ts, we’re coming! We’re coming for all of you!” She was part of the mob that stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

In a first-person video recorded by YouTuber JaydenX, Southard charges through Statuary Hall — staying within the velvet ropes — and stands at the front of a group blocked by police at a hallway.

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A former El Paso congressional candidate who says was inside the U.S. Capitol during last week’s chaos now appears to be making plans for next week’s inauguration.

In a YouTube video published shortly after the violence unfolded Wednesday, Anthony Aguero said he was among the mob to enter the Capitol, even making it into one of the congressional chambers.

“A message was sent,” Aguero said in the video which shows him walking along a D.C. street. “These politicians are not going to continue to get away with the abuse they’ve been doing.”



According to a Facebook post, Aguero is now organizing a ‘Latinos for Trump Caravan to D.C.’ for next week’s inauguration of President-Elect Joe Biden, though the event page states it will instead be an “inauguration for President Trump.”
