An important lesson that I have learned.

An opportunity to pursue a lifelong dream of learning to fly an airplane presented itself to me. I met who was going to be my instructor, who was a little older than me, very candid and knowledgeable with his hundreds of hours as an instructor.
After completing the prerequisites, came the time to choose my flight instructor, as the one that I was assigned through ground school was much younger and there was a personality clash that I did not feel comfortable with.
The one that was my choice, the older guy, tried to dissuade me because he was getting ready to retire. I pressed him to be my instructor because ideally if I complete all of the training, I will earn my certificate about a month before his retirement day. He agreed.
Everything was going to plan right up to when COVID hit, and it all came to a stop. He then went on to retirement.
A few years later, I tried to get back to flying, had a really good instructor, younger but no nonsense, great at explaining technique. The one thing that kind of bugged me was that he had an occasional tremor. Sometimes it was more noticeable than other times.
Anyway, due to a job change and the expense of it, I had to stop training with quite a few hours before obtaining the certification.
Last year, during an open house at my airport, I found out that my first instructor had Parkinsons disease. It was implied that my first instructor was hiding that he was ill, thus the reason for his retirement just before his physical. Listening to the other instructors and staff pretty much rumor mongering, I remembered that he too had a tremor in his hands on occasion, that was becoming more frequent at the end of our training sessions.
As far as my last instructor, he had moved to another flight school, and no one really followed up on him.
Thinking back on that experience at the open house, it now sounds a lot like this new assault on former President Biden. The questioning about his mental acuity and pulling up speculation of his abilities, at that time. Mind you, I have never experienced anything that would make me question the abilities of my former instructor, even when he had to take the controls from me on more than one occasion. I feel just as confident about then President Biden.

I have a question for the John Roberts Supreme Court

Specifically Chief Justice Roberts, you have declared that the President is immune from criminal prosecution as long as he is in office.
You are familiar that there is, in place up until now, a mechanism for the removal of the President of the United States, built into our Constitution, called impeachment.
Can you please, now, explain this process?

On that "no tax on overtime" bait

Out of conversation with my other associates with a different position on this election outcome, "No taxes on overtime will be a great thing!"
I chose not to further the conversation, to the surprise of some.
When will they realize that the tax that they are not paying is part of the Social Security tax contribution. But then again it will further the notion that Social Security is going broke.
I know that my retirement plan is based on not only 401K but the estimate is based along with Social Security.

Help me understand this

If, while visiting my stupid little buddies in, say Idaho, add copious amount of alcohol and then the obligatory gun, just because, there's an "accidental" discharge of that weapon. An Uber ride to the local hospital emergency room, (we were drinking) the emergency room personnel are compelled by law and ethics, to treat my stupid little buddy with due haste.
If a woman comes into the same emergency room with complications of a miscarriage, that care might be, by law, denied?

On Presidential Immunity BS presentation

If such an argument truly did exist in law, no problem with President Biden arresting the current majority of the Supreme Court immediately. And then any contender for the office.
Using the same logic, President Biden the orders the immediate detainment of the republican representation of both the House and Senate.
Just a thought.

Please stop minimizing the seriousness of a crime

It is not "paying hush money" for the sophomoric. It is the charge of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. Essentially, business fraud.
It is not "fake electors" it is fraudulent electors.
Today's media, if I were to rob a bank and just so happen to park my car in front of a fire hydrant. Imagine that every network will focus on the legality of the parked car, how far away from the hydrant was the car, how often is that hydrant is in use, was the hydrant properly painted to be recognized as a hydrant. etc. Barely giving mention of the true crime of robbing the bank.
I believe that this no more than the furtherance of the "both sides-ism" that is occurring in MSM just for the sake of getting more revenue.
