Don Dwyer, a 'Republican' in the Maryland House of Delegates-- actually, a member of the Constitution party who realized he couldn't win with them and ran as a Republican. Wikipedia says he opposed the re-election of Our Great Leader and campaigned for Peroutka, and he is "not expected to be re-elected."

Why should we donate money to his campaigns? Spoiler effect. And also because I like to start shit.
