i just watched the video..


1) ....the soldiers are more than 50m away
2) rubber bullets are incredibly inaccurate... especially when one is running

conclusion:

who knows where the soldier was actually aiming, and where ever he was aiming the rubber bullets didnt go there, hence she was not targeted

just to add a bit of fun information: you'll notice the tire burning, many times thats lit when the newspaper people arrive or are passing by or the video cameras people show up to get some attention. The soldiers then arrive and the fun begins.

or its lit when the soldiers who are patrolling get close enough to see it....

If by chance the video people dont show up or don't stay..then the tire gets doused and everyone goes home..as there is no reason to protest without some PR
