1. There's no real replacement for Flash for websites that use it exclusively.

Make sure your Firefox and Flash is upgraded to the latest version.

Many websites which used flash in the past now can use HTML5 support for which is in the latest browsers
(example youtube: https://www.youtube.com/html5 )
