15. Congratulations, Tobin!

I found that it helped me to pick up a new hobby (knitting, in my case). It keeps my mind and my hands busy. If you are doing something that requires your attention, it seems to break that automatic desire to reach for a cigarette to occupy your hands.

Keep it up. It gets easier the longer you go.
