Seemed about the same levels accessibility as I am seeing where I am. Although, I didn't check smaller towns and stuff.

There is a lot of misinformation out there. Even I put off getting it even though I knew it was unreasonable of me to do that. Technically I had "good" reasons for postponing it, but I could have make it work a month earlier if I tried.
