It was the words patently false, misleading, and deceptive.
With this rationale, we need lawyers to send a cease-and-desist letter to Fox with the same justification as for this ad, your station has an obligation to cease and desist from airing it [misleading information] immediately to comply with FCC licensing requirements, to serve the public interest.
