Sweden did an administrative dismissal on the rape case because the accused is not available for trial. The Swedish government reserves the right to reopen the case if the accused is ever presented for trial again. The sexual assault was dropped because he was hidden away for so long they couldn’t put him on trial anymore. It had nothing to do with being innocent.

In other words it’s not that he is innocent, it’s they can’t get him to Sweden to stand trial because his is coward and a liar.
