Found that some machines in more populated areas (i.e. more democrats) would
drop a vote every so often. Kris Kobach Kansas' Sec. of State and the Father of
Interstate Cross Check blocked her access to the raw voting data to study the issue.
Kobach along w/Ken Blackwell worked for the Trump campaign too.
