I've dropped my participation level to maybe 10% of what it was pre-primary. During the primaries I had to cut back on reading and posting just to avoid so much hate.
Since then I've decided to hold my nose and vote for our candidate, who is in my opinion a poor candidate but one who is infinitely more qualified than the divisive fascist opposing her. But that's pretty much it.
As far as this place is concerned, I find that I get a lot more out of it from a distance. YMMV.
