the complexion is sallow. She appears to be at the very least, catatonic.
The right arm is extended and the posture is not natural.
Normally mug shots are done in front of a height chart and the lighting is not bright like you typically see in a police department.
I've never seen inmates given an undershirt. If you look just above the left shoulder, there appears to be some discoloration and swelling that we don't see on the other picture. Also looks like someone else dressed her....the way the shirts are bunched up on the left side.
Would be interesting to compare other mug shots of other inmates done by the same department.
