dictatorship 'allies' of ours. There's more business opportunities there as we now fight 'proxie' wars, iow, we use our dictatorship 'allies' to funnel funds to finance the US biggest business, arms dealing and manufactured wars all over the place. I'm sure he's making money by proxy also.
