No, I don't think we need to "wait another generation" for people to be more tolerant. If that's the yardstick by which we measure our candidates, I guess Kamala Harris is out of the running too because certainly we can't have a black woman president either?

I think democrats are smarter than that. And if we aren't, then I guess it's just white straight men from here on out? (SARCASM.)

We have to wait, perhaps another generation for people to be more tolerant.
