16. As a Union supporter, I feel most POAs

are gang enforcers. There has to be a cure, I haven't figured it out yet.

There are some unions that hold members responsible for their actions. They control who is hired and fired. You get kicked out of the union for crummy work because they have bargain for high wages based on out comes. Screw up and get kick out by the union. Not sure if that might work for cops. The only thing more important than the gang is money.
