A great conclusion to a great poem.
The USA has always been a work in progress. Will we choose progress or regress?
Regression at the hands of people with access to powerful mass propaganda technologies, seems to be in the cards. A democratic republic needs the participation of educated citizens who seek out truth and facts. There is room for large disagreements over politics, but not over facts and science.
