when I was helping someone look for a vaccine appt here, I checked between 9:30-10PM on a Friday night, when some of the pharmacies and locations would open their schedules for the next week's appointments. From what I understand they open and schedule their appointments only a week out, based upon the dosages they are allocated for that week.
