In that case, decided in 1803 by people who were around when the Constitution was written, the Supreme Court held that it had the power to interpret the Constitution, even though the power of judicial review by the Supreme Court does not appear anywhere in that document. If she's a true originalist she should say Marbury was wrong, which would take away the court's power to interpret the Constitution and put them out of a job.
