Not all though. I follow a few cruise worker YouTubers who’ve been kicked off their ships after keeping station in the Caribbean for a week or more, and with no guarantee they’ll have a job to come back to.

Honestly, if I was working on a virus free cruise ship, there would be no way you could pry me off without a fight.
