At most, Trump could get the IRS to audit Romney's tax returns. But Romney is a smart and wealthy man, who no doubt uses a CPA and a bevy of tax attorneys to certify all his financial papers.

If anything, Trump would hurt Romney by hurting the state of Utah. Withholding FEMA. Drilling in its parks. Dumping shit in Salt Lake. Closing military bases, etc.
