If Russian operatives,meaning Trump,Senator Johnson,Lindsey Graham,Devin Nunes,Rudy G.,and Manafort could pull this off,Russian would have all Sanctions pulled by Trump and the Senate.

It is all about the money. Putin needs hard Currency investment in his Country to survive a Revolution that is headed his way and he knows it. No jobs,no food ,what do you think is going to happen. He is a Stalinist through and through.

And he knows darn well how that worked out in 1914 and how the Populace turned on the Ruling Class.
