Whenever he wants. All he has to do is show up.
He may be upset with DT and how he is as President but at the end of the day Bolton is no fan of Democracy and is very much in favor of a Unitary Executive. During Bush Jrs admin Bolton said if the U.N. tower lost 10 floors it wouldnt make a bit of difference so IMO it is not good.
