... the FBI is under that we don't even know about, and they're prohibited from telling us about.
So the only option is to make it not anout their BI, but instead a report of whatever federal crime you witnessed happen Thursday or in his earlier testimony under oath. Those were all fresh federal crimes.
The new permission agents doing the BI got yesterday I suspect is merely permission to now ask the deciders behind all this FOR permission to pursue or interview each individual newly discovered lead or person, and then wait for McGahn's, Trump's, and Grassley's decision, whenever that might or might not happen. And that's only so long as the new witness can give a first-hand account about only a narrow predetemimed set of topics or reported events.
Remember the word "necessary" in there? Agents can do whatever's necessary? Who and what defines what's necessary to pursue in the BI? I'll bet that's tightly constrained and it's not the agents who decide, it's McGahn Trump and Grassley.
Drinking? Off limits. Temperament? Off limits. Bar fights? Off limits. Lies to Congress other than explicitly about sexual assault charges 1-3? Off limits. These are my strong suspicions about how this sham is set up.
Without seeing the written orders and knowing the written or verbal constraints, word for word, we just cannot know the obviously many ways in which this BI is being kept clear of harmful reports about Kav.
That's why witnesses with information need to physically go to an FBI office and demand to report a federal crime... the hell with this bogus "background check" and the prison it's being held in for its last week of existence... and instead demand to report the federal crime you know about: a lie made under oath to Congress.
Might everyone trying to get their information in not want to be so bold as to do that? Of course. But there are lots of people who badly DO want to report what they know to the FBI, and they're being ignored and actively avoided. If they don't do this, Friday's going to arrive and their information is going to have been successfully kept out.
(An FBI director with integrity would have refused to let his agents take part in this whitewash, btw. He would have refused, and if need be, resigned. But that's one for another day.)
