First, there is still no official record of Russian interference(that Mueller has issued) and even if there was, the election is still legitimate. Whatever influenced them, people voted in such as way as to give Trump enough Electoral Votes, and our Constitution doesn't address "do-overs".

Second, there's no actual charge, much less a proven one, against Trump. He's President, he has the right to nominate Judges, and the Senate has the job of approving or rejecting them.

Sometimes, reality sucks.
