Interstate Highway Become Toll Roads Under Trump's Plan? [View all]

At least that is what he seems to be proposing. So if you go from New York to LA you would face toll roads all the way across US. In fact our entire interstate system would become a toll system. Except that foreign corporations would be able to buy in.
