The Trump voters fantasy world is about to implode like a dying sun.

You can see it coming. They are going to go into a deep depression when reality hits them in the face like a baseball bat. Their God is going down.

Trump may attempt to make a plea deal.

Trump will do anything not to go on trial or go to jail. He always fights until he knows he can't win, then he makes a deal. Trump does not have a reasonable defense in the secret documents investigation.

I believe Garland would like to avoid a trial if it's possible to nail Trump without one.

The question is what kind of plea deal that would satisfy everyone.

Home confinement, banned from holding office forever, admit to all crimes under oath, are just a few ideas.

I am still president. The documents are mine. The FBI can't search my home.

Textbook narcissism. A textbook ending for a narcissist. Trump indicted himself.

I recently posted Trump has the same type of brain as the BTK killer. It's undeniable. The BTK killer indicted himself in the end.

Some interesting thoughts about the secret document investigation.

It is clear to me Trump believed his resort, office, desk, were off limits to the DOJ/FBI. Big mistake. Trump knew he was being investigated for months, he was subpoenaed in May. Yet he left secret documents in his desk. This is exactly the type of mistake a textbook narcissist would make.

It is reasonable to assume Trump must have hand picked what secret documents to return and what secret documents to continue to hide. After all they were HIS documents. Why did he hide certain secret documents and return others? Might be some clues there.

When the FBI seized documents they take all the documents in that area. When they found secret documents in Trumps desk they must have taken all documents in his desk. What else was in that desk. Could there be messages, letters, hand written notes about things that are corrupt. Could there be evidence about the Jan 6th investigation in that desk. It's possible, after all Trump thought his desk was off limits.

Listening to prosecutors on TV it is becoming clear to me The DOJ has a smoking case for obstruction. That is a serious felony. This charge can be prosecuted separately from other charges. According to prosecutors, in an obstruction case The DOJ would not have to worry about showing the secret documents, it is not necessary in an obstruction case. They just have to prove Trump obstructed their investigation.

Other charges could be brought later.

Trump is telling us he knows he will be prosecuted.

His recent rants were the rants of a cornered narcissist. He is searching across the country to find qualified lawyers to end their careers in his defense. He knows.

The best news from yesterdays DOJ filing.

They found top secret documents in Trumps desk. That my friends is checkmate.

Correct me if I'm wrong. The 2 trump lawyers who signed a document declaring all documents returned.

They can either be targets of the investigation or witnesses. They have two choices. They can say we thought on our own all the secret documents were returned, which will put them in legal jeopardy. Or, they can become witnesses and say Trump informed us all the documents were returned.

These two lawyers are in deep shit and so is Trump.

I wonder, when Garland starts indicting people for Jan 6th, will they all come at once.

Or, will he indict a few people at a time working upwards. I believe it is possible dozens of people could be indicted for Jan 6th. The fake electors, White House staff, Trump lawyers, etc. It will be interesting to see how Garland handles this.

Civil war my ass; One shot was fired at the Capital and every Trump voter in that area ran away.

In my opinion, the Capital police were completely caught off guard. I believe many of them were in a state of shock. They couldn't believe what was happening.

If the Capital Police had been more aggressive, fired shots into the air, shot a few more Trump voters who were beating officers, the entire crowd would have run away.

If Trump is prosecuted there will be no civil war. Yes there will be some acts of violence by some of the crazies but they will be arrested or killed.
