Looking for a good note app for a Galaxy tablet.

My old Galaxy Note tablet finally gave up the ghost (actually the battery) after twelve years or so. It had a great note-taking app where you could just write in longhand and keep notes that way. I loved it. It even came with a stylus that fit into a pocket in the tablet.

My new Galaxy tablet doesn't have that -- you have to use the keyboard. And your own stylus. Crap.

So I'm looking for a good app like the old one I had -- simple. Any suggestions?

Statement from WH re: judiciary committee request for Biden files.

From CNN (I know... I know...):

The White House accused Republicans of engaging in “political stunts” following Comer’s request Wednesday.

“In their first week as a governing majority, House Republicans have not taken any meaningful action to address inflation and lower Americans’ costs, yet they’re jumping out of the gate with political stunts driven by the most extreme MAGA members of their caucus in an effort to get attention on Fox News,” Ian Sams, a spokesman for the White House Counsel’s office, said in a statement. “The President is going to continue focusing on the important issues the American people want their leaders to work together on, and we hope House Republicans will join him.”

Ho hum... Biden's classified documents

The fact of the matter is that we don't know what those documents were, or why they were classified, or what level of classification they had, and most likely never will.

For all we know, those classified docs could have been as mundane as travel arrangements, since he still had SS security.

So I for one will stop wondering about this, and ignore the RW media bullshit, and let the government do its job.

IMHO, it's time for the Democrats to play hardball with the House repukes.

I know some will disagree with me, but now that the Democrats have the upper house, I think they should borrow a page from the repuke playbook:

Sit on idiot bills (McConnell sat on lots of bills).

Ignore House committee subpoenas (the repukes certainly set lots of precedents).

And so forth, and then go public with "Well, the Republicans did it, so it must be okay."

Don't even have to do it forever, just long enough to get the message across to the media and the repukes.

Good grief, it's starting to look like when they elect a pope.
