I've always liked Claire McCaskill but...
seeing her comments last night and this morning on MSNBC, she seems bitter. Maybe it is just me. Did anyone else get that impression?

Who else should the Dems invite tonight?
Democrats are trolling Trump with their State of the Union invites.

The powder-keg partisanship that drove Capitol Hill into the longest government shutdown in U.S. history is not likely to cool by Tuesdays State of the Union address. As President Trump settles into the House chamber, hell be looking out at a Congress that remains divided in both parties over his border wall, and addressing a nation where his approval rating has dropped to the mid-30s.
...
As The Post reported, a number of Democrats, including freshman Rep. Jennifer Wexton (D-Va.) and presidential hopeful Sen. Kamala D. Harris (D-Calif.), have tapped federal workers or family members hit hard by the government shutdown to attend the State of the Union.
On Monday, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) announced via Twitter she was inviting Ana Maria Archila to the speech. A sexual assault activist, Archila went viral when she confronted then-Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) in an elevator last year over the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh.
According to Washington Blade, four Democrats Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.), Rep. A. Donald McEachin (D-Va.), and Rep. Chris Pappas (D-N.H.) have all invited transgender veterans and service members to Trumps address, a direct protest of the administrations ban on transgender individuals in the military.
Two Democrats Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D-Calif.) and Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-N.J.) are planning to attend with undocumented former employees of Trumps golf club in Bedminster, N.J., The Post reported.

Democrats send messages on immigration, jobs and shutdown with State of the Union guests

Democrats are sending a political message with their guests for President Trumps State of the Union address, inviting a government worker who was affected by the shutdown, immigrants who worked for Trump properties while undocumented and a union official who represents employees at an auto plant that is scheduled to be closed this year.
Sandra Diaz, a native of Costa Rica who worked at Trumps Bedminster, N.J., golf club from 2010 to 2013, will attend the speech as a guest of Rep. Jimmy Gomez (D-Calif.), his office confirmed Thursday. Diaz is a legal permanent resident of the United States but was undocumented at the time of her employment by the Trump Organization, her lawyer said.
Diaz will join Victorina Morales, a Guatemalan who also worked at Trumps Bedminster property and is attending the speech as a guest of Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman (D-N.J.).
The two women met with lawmakers this week as part of a group of immigrants who worked for Trump National Golf Club Bedminster and Trump National Golf Club Westchester, in Westchester County, N.Y., while not legally authorized to do so.
The presidents annual State of the Union address is a major event on Capitol Hill. Lawmakers, members of the Supreme Court and administration officials gather in the House chamber for the speech. Guests of the president, the speaker of the House and other lawmakers sit in the second-floor gallery overlooking the floor.

Why dont people ever tell billionaires who want to run for President that they need to work their way up or that maybe they should start with city council first?

Trump gets spanked by Pelosi and Coulter on the same day.
The good news is that according to Putin, he likes that.

Message to the Covington Catholic High School teenagers
If you dont want people to think youre a racist, dont run around wearing the racist clubs (MAGA) hat. Its like walking around wearing a Swastika armband and then claiming that youre not a nazi.
