As I have watched the economic pundits attempt to explain "supply chain" disruptions I am
reminded of the saying economists are put on earth to make astrologists look good. I choose to explain supply chain disruptions this way:
A man leans over to his wife in church and says
I'm afraid I just let out a rather large, silent explosion of gas. What should I do?
The wife says, "change your hearing aid batteries."
A probable outcome of getting close, but not changing Senate rules, will
be Rethug MAGA will use these current deliberations and speeches as justification to change the rules themselves, if they get power.
Close but no cigar will have lasting consequences for Dems.

I read somewhere that honesty is overrated and not an ethic to follow. Why?

MAGA McCarthy, at his Press Spewing, answered all 6 January
questions by saying gas prices are too high.
He's a MAGA "make the trains run on time," that will shut the people up kind of Rethug.

HRC stands in the breach for 11 hours of vindictive diatribes (Benghazi) from Rethugs,
but the Mango Duce runs from NPR...after 9 minutes.
