This has got to be a contender for the worst take on Donald Trumps decisive election loss to Joe Biden yet. No, Greg, we only have ONE president at a time.
I wish Greg Gutfeld would share whatever the hell it is he's smoking, because if he's not high, he is out of his idiotic sh*t-for-brains mind.
This Fox Five moron suggested in all seriousness that because Trump was the "titular head" of the Republican party, he would continue to be president alongside Joe Biden when Biden is sworn in on January 20th. That's right, but first, he set up this GRAND Hollywood movie scenario wherein 2016 was Act I (Trump mAkEs aMeRiKkKa GrEaT), Joe Biden's presidency is Act II, wherein Biden DESTROYS EVERYTHING GOOD AND HOLY THAT TRUMP HATH WROUGHT, and 2024 will be Act III, when Trump makes a triumphant return to the White House for a second term as president because, (get this) Gutfeld smarmed, "You don't really love somebody until they go away. And then when they come back, you love 'em even more."
Now, if your sex organs didn't just shrivel up and commit Hari Kari listening to Gutfeld's slimy voice speak that sentence, you might be a Republican. You might even enjoy the fact that Gutfeld is openly slathering himself in Astroglide on live TV in an effort to shimmy up Trump's ass so far he'll emerge from one of his fake hair plugs. But hey, in that case, you're probably not reading this.
The best part was at the end, though, when he posited this bit of Constitutional blasphemy:

Carroll sued Trump for defamation after he accused her of lying when she alleged he sexually assaulted her in her 2019 book "What Do We Need Men For?"
The Justice Department sought to take over the case in September, claiming Trump called Carroll a liar in his capacity as president. Judge Lewis Kaplan denied the motion to intervene in October.
"The president of the United States is not an 'employee of the government' within the meaning of the relevant statutes," he wrote. "Even if he were such an 'employee,' President Trump's allegedly defamatory statements concerning Ms. Carroll would not have been within the scope of his employment."
Federal employees are shielded from most defamation lawsuits, meaning the suit would likely have been dismissed if the Justice Department intervention was allowed.

Two rallies are scheduled this weekend in D.C. to show support for President Donald Trump.

WASHINGTON — Supporters of the President are planning rallies in D.C. on Saturday as the country waits for the Trump campaign to submit evidence for unfounded claims of voter fraud.
One of the rallies is called the "Million Maga March," according to the group on Twitter. And another is called, "Stop The Steal." Both of the planned rallies will be held on Saturday starting at noon.
According to the Stop The Steal flyer posted on Twitter, the event is calling on supporters to meet at Freedom Plaza. It is unknown where demonstrators of the Million Maga March are expected to meet.
It appears these rallies are separate events and are not planned by the same organizers.

House Democrats have opened numerous investigations into the Trump administration during the president’s four years in office.
Worried that the Trump administration might destroy files as its members leave the White House, the Democratic heads of 21 House committees sent letters on Tuesday to more than 50 federal agencies, demanding they comply with federal record-keeping laws and preserve information sought in congressional subpoenas and investigations.
The request, coming after the White House repeatedly stonewalled Democratic lawmakers by refusing to release documents and blocking officials from testifying before their committees, could set up a new series of conflicts, before and after the inauguration, as committee aides scramble to uncover undisclosed details of governmental machinations under Mr. Trump.
“As the Trump administration prepares for the transition of power to the new Biden administration, we write to remind you that all Executive Office of the President employees and officials must comply with record preservation obligations set forth in federal law and preserve information relevant to congressional oversight,” wrote the chairs of the committees, including Representative Carolyn B. Maloney of New York, chairwoman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo seemingly joked that the post-election transition period would be smooth because President Donald Trump would be re-elected, and many called on the House to censure him.
A reporter asked Pompeo if the State Department was currently engaged with Joe Biden’s transition team, after last week’s election win, and whether any delay would hamper the smooth transition of power.
“There will be a smooth transition to a second Trump administration,” Pompeo said.
