DC preparing for pro-Trump rallies planned for Saturday

Two rallies are scheduled this weekend in D.C. to show support for President Donald Trump.

WASHINGTON — Supporters of the President are planning rallies in D.C. on Saturday as the country waits for the Trump campaign to submit evidence for unfounded claims of voter fraud.

One of the rallies is called the "Million Maga March," according to the group on Twitter. And another is called, "Stop The Steal." Both of the planned rallies will be held on Saturday starting at noon.


According to the Stop The Steal flyer posted on Twitter, the event is calling on supporters to meet at Freedom Plaza. It is unknown where demonstrators of the Million Maga March are expected to meet.

It appears these rallies are separate events and are not planned by the same organizers.

For some reason "Stop the Steal" tweet image won't copy to this spot. Hmmm! Anyway, I found that notice about as obvious as you could get.

Trump is holding these rallies to build the family's bank account. Never forget that. I would imagine Lara was afraid of losing her $15K/week salary, for one example. Chances are, the family will eventually be charged with embezzlement of campaign funds. Their history supports that claim.

I never noticed if anyone was ever charged with taking the $40K from the inauguration fund. Did I miss it?

I did not hear of ongoing media coverage happening...Cell phone internet was actually a new tool then....not widely used...I would call family, friends to get updates...the coverage was weak, minimized the crowd and impact of the March...

On the ground media was present...exciting but I just didn't sense the focus was well served for the March.
