TV Reporters Scamed: Asiana Airlines Crash Pilot has Sum Ding Wong With His Identity.

- - This one will crack you up, so put down the coffee and soda before you read this story.

As reported yesterday, on several media outlets, Asiana Airlines is intending to sue media outlets who did a story on the purported names of the Pilots of the plane that crashed in San Francisco. The names - as reported by a San Fran TV station are;

WASHINGTON, July 15, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- According to a number of Department of Justice (DOJ) employees, the Civil Rights Division, at the direction of Thomas Perez and his senior staff, began a widespread campaign of disparate and discriminatory treatment earlier this year against Civil Rights Division employees who struggled with mobility, hearing, vision, emotional, physical or mental challenges and disabilities, as well as those under protected status based on race, gender, age, and/or parental status.

"Upon opposing this widespread and unlawful discrimination, DOJ employees have been subjected to an exceptionally hostile work environment and unlawful retaliation," said the DOJ employees' attorney, David P. Weber of Goodwin Weber PLLC. "We call on Congress to investigate these serious allegations, hold Mr. Perez's nomination pending investigation, and demand that the Attorney General take immediate steps to curtail the discrimination and retaliation."

Six of the DOJ employees have filed EEO complaints or alleged mistreatment, including physical assault. The DOJ employees include two senior trial attorneys, one African American female, one Hispanic male, a white disabled female sign language interpreter, a disabled former Voting Rights Section analyst, a disabled former paralegal specialist, and the DOJ's only disabled African American architect. Each of these employees is over age 40 and thus protected under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. The Hispanic trial attorney is a founder of the national Hispanic Bar Association and a founder of the local District of Columbia Hispanic Bar Association.

Earlier this year, the Civil Rights Division, at the direction of Mr. Perez and his senior staff, began a widespread campaign of disparate treatment discrimination against Civil Rights Division employees who were disabled (mobility; hearing; vision; emotional; physical or mental condition); as well as of protected status based on race; gender; age; and/or parental status. Upon opposing this widespread, unlawful discrimination, DOJ employees have been subjected to an exceptionally hostile work environment and unlawful retaliation.

In addition, members of the Civil Rights Division also presented evidence to the Senate today of statistical evidence of disparate impact discrimination under the leadership of Mr. Perez. During Mr. Perez’ time as head of the Civil Rights Division, hiring and employment of Hispanic staff has decreased by a statistically significant percentage. But for discrimination, there is no legal explanation for the decline in minority hiring under Mr. Perez’ leadership.

The DOJ whistleblowers include two senior trial attorneys, one African American female, one Hispanic male; a white disabled female sign language interpreter; a disabled former Voting Rights Section analyst; an African American breast cancer-survivor paralegal specialist; a disabled former paralegal specialist; and the disabled African American architect who designed the only building bearing U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall’s name, built during his lifetime. Each of these employees is also over age 40, and thus protected under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. The Hispanic trial attorney whistleblower is the former founder of the national Hispanic Bar Association, as well as a founder of the local, District of Columbia Hispanic Bar Association.

In addition to Goodwin Weber PLLC’s whistleblower clients, approximately ten other DOJ Civil Rights officials have come forward as witnesses and provided corroborating information supporting these allegations. Goodwin Weber PLLC’s investigators met with each witness personally. The whistleblowers and witnesses are residents of the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland. Two are also former residents of California.

According to the DOJ whistleblowers and witnesses, the Perez actions are directed at preserving the positions of political appointees who have “burrowed” into Civil Rights Division through Perez’s patronage. Now, under fiscal constraints, Perez has directed senior DOJ staff to constructively terminate career staff in order to protect the political appointees from a Reduction in Force.

In addition, according to the DOJ whistleblowers, shortly after arriving at DOJ, Perez began apparent attempts at suppressing documentation of EEO violations within the Civil Rights Division. What first appeared to be numerous individual cases of discrimination has now aggregated over time to reveal a systemic practice of intentional noncompliance with federal sector EEO policies applicable to all federal agencies. In this manner, DOJ deflected and minimized the nature and severity of employee requests for EEOC compliance, creating a false and misleading "appearance" of "model agency" compliance within the Civil Rights Division.

The compromised integrity of DOJ civil rights EEOC compliance results not only in past and current harm to the numerous individual complainants who have risked and received retaliation for coming forward, but deceived Congress and the American public by presenting under-reported, inaccurate information to Congress that belies the actual enforcement of civil rights within the Department of Justice.

Romney is BACK as a Politico? I DON'T Think So - He Has a Steel Cell Awaiting.

- - Just last week, a new book was released titled "Presidential Puppetry" by Washington D.C. insider Andrew Kreig (founder of the Justice Integrity Project - {we got "JIP'd"}). Don't go and read it, both Obama's camp and Romney's camp (as well as all of those involved in Benghazi) - HATE IT; because the truth hurts. It reveals secrets that everyone in D.C. is well aware of; but all of U.S. citizenry would rather not know. (Though one would argue that, if the book is true, Big O should "come out&quot .

- - As a result of the book's author being a "Fellow", the mentioning of Laser Haas's (yours truly) battle with Romney has garnered much attention. Mr. Kreig is not just some ordinary bloke. He worked for Hillary's campaign, gets calls from people like Senator Ted Stevens (when he was with U.S.), parties running for office and more. Such as Governor Siegelman who was punished for doing nothing wrong but saying no to Karl Rove's agenda and Thane Ritchie who sat on a panel during the premiere of Second Fraud in Minnesota (a movie about being a Ponzi viction of Tom Petters and getting ripped off by the system when federal Receivers take all they can get).

- - Furthermore, Andrew Kreig is an attorney at Law (remember, writing a book and making allegations - while holding a BAR card - is a ground where angels {and even SCOTUS's} fear to tread). Word on the street is Paul Traub (Mitt Romney's secret attorney/pal/ benefiter) is being cut loose; because Mitt Romney didn't make it (and was therefore unable to get that "friendly" U.S. Attorney General that Sheldon Adelson was dishing $100 million out for). Paul Traub is a rung on the ladder that's expendable; because he simply has done to much to keep covering it all up anymore.

- - As a result of people contacting me from the book (only 2 pages) - I just learned that Traub is also connected to another fraud/scam (Syntax Brillian). Silver Point Capital, founded by Ward Mooney of Gordon Brothers, along with Credit Suisse (there with Romney & Michael Glazer & Paul Traub in Stage Stores); are supposed to be the key parties owed the most - to be paid 1st - by Syntax. However, if you will look at the links below (which demonstrates Laser is getting close to winning the eToys battle) - you will also see that Paul Traub has "much x'splain'n to do"....

Whereas Laser Haas, an amoeba in consequence, simply utilized the inflexible sword of truth;

and Romney didn't make it!

Hackers convention ask government to stay away over Snowden

BOSTON (Reuters) - The annual Def Con hacking convention has asked the U.S. federal government to stay away this year for the first time in its 21-year history, saying Edward Snowden's revelations have made some in the community uncomfortable about its presence.

"It would be best for everyone involved if the Feds call a 'time-out' and not attend Def Con this year," conference founder Jeff Moss said in an announcement posted Wednesday night on the convention's website.

Moss, who is an advisor on cyber security to the Department of Homeland Security, told Reuters it was "a tough call," but he believed the Def Con community needs time to make sense of recent revelations about U.S. surveillance programs.

As for me - the jury is still out, for I'm doing much research on Snowden, his background and speaking with counterparts in Washington D.C. about many surreptitious issues. - - We are forbidden to speak CT here - thus I we will stick to the facts and go on tangent upon the political dicussions apropos.

Yes, tis true, in the saga know as the 'Kennedy Curse'/ Tragedies, we have many deaths untimely. Though there are many deaths more memorable (including JFK's issues). The fact of the matter noteworthy (in more ways than one) - is the fact that JFK's elder brother (Joseph Patrick Kennedy) died in England.

Of the precursor (pun intended) of the current "Drone" program.

- - Purportedly, JP Kennedy was in a "pilot" program of rigging B-17 Flying Fortresses by gutting them of all their weapons and such and even removing the pilot shielding so they could parachute out rapidly. The early efforts to remote control planes for take-off's and landings failed miserably. So the solution was to put "volunteer" pilot and flight engineer's into the stripped bombers with super payloads armed. Upon getting to 2000 feet in altitude, the CQ-17 (Headquarters) would then remote control the planes to their target sites in a project purportedly named "Aphrodite". Joseph Kennedy purportedly was a casualty of the program when the "armed" payload prematurely detonated on August 12, 1944.

Therefore, we have evidence that the military was smart enough to realize that bravery aside, a guy doing a remote control could fly straight at the machine guns in a "damn them" manner; way back in 1944.

Since then - they have gotten better.

Question is - why would one need "Kamikaze" pilots (or drivers for that matter) - when one man could do it by remote control? On the question of Michael Hastings - we don't really know and shouldn't say we do - until more evidence arises! Pvt. Manning, Julian Assange, Snowden - Are they Heroes, "Provocateurs" - or something else?

As for the issue of Michael Hasting's, he was a journalist, activist, who already had a "story kill" (so to speak) - in his purported bringing down of a General. Thus he is - as far as I can tell - one of the good guys.


- - Per the issues on Private Manning, Julian Assange and Mr. Snowden - questions abound as to their motives and status. As an activist myself, my tentacles reach far and wide with activists worldwide. There are people I trust - such as Andrew Kreig (who actually worked for Hillary Clinton's campaign) and www.bankruptcymisconduct.com website (who is a Righty Tighty guy who still goes after Romney; because he vetted my evidence on Mitt & Gang and concluded they "ARE" bad dudes. Then there are people I don't trust. One is Paul Traub, another is Colm Connolly, another is Douglas Kelley and so on (no need to look them up - I'm about to release a legal case detailing it all at length).

As for Manning, Assange and Snowden - can we trust them - Should we Trust Them?

We've got solid evidence from Washington D.C. that Assange is much more of a mystery and highly more probable to be a plant than you would think. But then there's the whole made up case and seek to extradite thingy; with the compounding evidence that Karl Rove is the spearhead seeking to yank Julian back to the U.S. (anyone pissing off Rove - do we want him arrested)?

As for Private Manning, his trial is going to answer "some" questions. Then there's Mr. Snowden.

Here's what a trusted source revealed to me about Mr. Snowden; he made fantastic salary for a guy with no science or engineer degree. He worked along with the Carlyle Group and Booz Allen.

He also fled to China!

- - Now, these are just "some" of the purported "facts" running around out there. It will take time for the experts to sort it all out. And even much longer for you and I to figure out which "expert" we can trust. Be that as it may, the fact of the matter is, the NSA was "spying" on U.S. in a way that we all "thought" was possible; but now know is probable.

Does that piss you off - that we are being spied upon by big brother - in a fascist manner?

As for Snowden saying things that piss you off - remember where your getting your info from - before you cry foul! It matters NOT what his motivation is (except for U.S. helping him - if he was pure). What matters are the issues at hand. Our Government and leaders we fought hard to place there - Promised Changes - that have yet to come. Private Manning, Julian Assange and Snowden have stirred up our attentiveness

And that's a GOOD THING!

- - That's not to say we should praise them as heroes are lambaste them as traitors (by the way - how is it that Julian Assange, a foreigner - is a traitor)! ----- I'm just sayin.........

What we need to do is UNITE in a effort to get to the truth. It is our patriotic duty. We also need to stop fighting with each other. The name calling and hardheadedness of people on DU getting mean with one another - SUCKS.

It only helps the ebol masters - when you and I go at each other - and they drink Champagne while watching U.S. squirm!

- - Being "special" sucks too. This I can tell you from personal experience. For those of you who haven't heard of me, I'm the man who has been battling Romney for 12 years. Won many battles - but the war continues. Be that as it may, fellow Progressives really don't care (except for some cool few) - because it hasn't hurt them directly (they think).
