Damn this one hurts. A friend and a neighbor has ALS.

He just moved back into the neighborhood into a little house he had as a rental
about 4 or 5 years ago after a divorce and busted his ass to fix up his place and
I redid the landscape w/OH native plants, a creeping red fescue lawn, a nice lime-
stone wall, and a bird and butterfly wildflower native grass garden. He redid the
inside of the house, the front porch, and the deck too. His little real estate biz was
picking up and I had him ready to sell my parent's home when my mother is ready
to move.

The disease is moving swiftly so he has to sell his little dream house, move to Florida
to be close to family, and live in an assisted living facility. He leaves on Friday and
I doubt I'll ever see him again. His grown son (30 I would guess) is in the Coast Guard
stationed in San Fransisco but has come back to town to help his Dad move and help
settle things. Great Kid! (A man really.)

I thought my friend would have a little more time in the neighborhood but that is not be
... I am doing everything I can to help but in the end I just feel kind of useless. When I
bumped over his trash dumpster and saw a lifetime of pictures there my heart got heavy.

Anybody who lives in Central OH and wants a cute little house in Clintonville please let me know.
(I will not get one cent from the sale of the property)

American Wahoo fruits ... I have one growing @ the house. They are really this red right now.

If Trump was caught on video having sex with Ivanka in front of a bonfire of bibles then ...

... Gym Jacket-Off Jordan would say:

President Trump sure loves his daughter.

Devin moo moo Nunes would say:

President Trump really cares about Ivanka and wants to keep her warm.

May I please beg forgiveness from the state of OH for Gym Jacket-Off Jordan.

True Story:

My now late Father, (1-28-19) was working in D.C. years ago and was friends with
Sandra Day O'Connor (prior to the Supreme Court) and somehow through family
and or friends she knew Gym Jacket-Off and asked my Dad when he went back to
OH if he would meet with a young Jim Jordan and he said yes. (I had never heard
this story until 5 or so years ago.) After just a few minutes my Dad* thanked Jim for
his time and never had anything to do with him again.

Gym Jacket-Off is an example of those living the fox bubble and he is in a very gerrymandered
district too.

Pelosi Says Trump Committed Extortion and Bribery

Source: Politics USA

In a letter to her colleagues, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said that Trump had committed bribery and extortion.

Pelosi wrote:

Last week, the country was impressed by the valor and patriotism of the dedicated public servants and career diplomats, appointed by the President, in speaking truth to power. This week, we will hear from additional witnesses who will courageously expose the truth and defend our democracy.

The facts are uncontested: that the President abused his power for his own personal, political benefit, at the expense of our national security interests.

snip

There are also some who say that no serious wrongdoing was committed, because the military assistance to Ukraine was eventually released. The fact is, the aid was only released after the whistleblower exposed the truth of the President’s extortion and bribery, and the House launched a formal investigation.

None of us comes to Congress to impeach a President, but rather to make progress for America’s working families. However, our first order of business is our oath to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. As such, we are custodians of the Constitution and, For The People, defenders of our democracy.

A federal jury has convicted longtime Trump confidant Roger Stone of lying to Congress and tampering with a witness about his efforts to learn about the anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks release of hacked Democratic emails in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

The panel of nine women and three men deliberated for less than two days before finding Stone, 67, guilty on all seven counts resulting from his September 2017 testimony to a House intelligence committee investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election and the Kremlin’s efforts to damage Trump’s Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton.

Stone’s indictment was the last brought by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III, putting on trial his slippery brand of political brawling and revealing important new details about the Trump campaign’s keen interest in computer files hacked by Russia and made public by WikiLeaks. He was accused of lying to Congress and tampering with a witness, an associate prosecutors said Stone threatened in a bid to prevent the man from cooperating with lawmakers.

Though prosecutors sought to prove only that Stone had lied to Congress, they asserted that his motive for the falsehoods was protecting Trump from embarrassment — and thus made the president and his campaign a key component in their case.
