Been reading about the English civil wars of the 1600s. Even...

though the kings couldn't raise taxes, they still insisted on going to war. How do English kids in school keep things straight? Three types of Scots changing allegiances every few years? At least the Irish never could stand them.

And then they brought that shit over here. Puritans escaping Catholic Queens me arse. William Penn might have been the only decent one of the bunch, although we'd probably find some shit if we looked.

And don't forget-- it was their grandkids who started this country.

Riverhead Patch sez an 11 year old boy went to Larry's barber...

Shop on Main St. with his father.

The barber pulled out a bottle of tequila and got drunk with the father before offering the kid money to do an unspecified sex act.

Kid managed to get out of there and ran to his mother, who got cops involved. Father and barber are now waiting for the judge at the county jail. Mother is, I presume, seriously pissed.

I guess you've heard by now that Joseph Maldonado is running...

for Prez. Just a few problems...

He's been a Republican most of the time, but thinks running as a Dem will work better this time.

He's currently in the slam on various charges, including some personal injury when one of his pets scratched and bit someone. Running for a Federal office when you're in jail can be tough, sometimes impossible. His association with a Murdér for Hire ring didn't help, nor did his reputation as the Tiger King.
