And, why was bernie "caught flat footed".. his aide pitched a fit when he found out there were going

to talk about Paris. So he knew.. why didn't he prepare?

Circumstances change fast.. it's too bad he didn't expect to talk about the tragedy in Paris.. they didn't expect it to happen either.

Life changes on a dime especially if you're POTUS.. After a brief condolences to Paris he went to his "token stump speech on economics".. really? that's just a little robotic.

Sanders said he was “shocked” and “disgusted” by the attacks, for which ISIS terrorists have claimed responsibility, and vowed that the U.S. would lead the world to “rid our planet of this barbarous organization.” But immediately thereafter shifted back to his domestic policy.

“I’m running for president because,” Sanders said, “what I hear is people’s concerned that the economy we have is a rigged economy.”

Bottom line is .. Why was he unprepared?

I know.. BS fans don't know the damage they do when they campaign in his name like this.

I've seen it too many times.. they started out liking Bernie and then his supporters just ruined it for him.

They like to ask "how can you change because of us.. you have to look at what sanders says.. etc etc.." well it's hard to differentiate between the two when he's being pushed hard down people's throats by personally attacking them.

And, many are hearing what sanders is saying and not liking it so much.

Thank you for your OP, brave..

Actually BS lost it right out of the gate.. "He made a mistake right off the bat in switching from

Paris to the economy, and had an uneven performance,” a New Hampshire Democrat said."

"Focused entirely on his base which demands the pure," said an unaligned Iowa Democrat. "Worst answer: Asked directly how he would work with a GOP Congress, he argued that the Political Revolution would sweep aside all in its path.”

Interesting background on Peter Daou and Tom Watson.. #HillaryMen, DM M..

and the history of Hillary's work in New York after 9/11.

So what she helped rebuild Wall Street after Manhattan was devastated by suicide terrorists? Bernie gives her credit for it. But, his campaigners try to twist everything.

Later in the debate Bernie Sanders agreed: “I applaud Secretary Clinton. She did. She's the senator from New York. She worked – and many of us supported you – in trying to rebuild that devastation.”

Furthermore, as Bernie Sanders explicitly agreed, her remarks were accurate. Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta noted after the debate: "When people attack her and call her quote-unquote the 'Senator from Wall Street,' they ought to remember that she was instrumental in trying to rebuild an important part of the New York economy."

"It's no wonder that the Sanders campaign reportedly protested the shift in focus of Saturday's

debate to include more questions about foreign policy."

Yeah, the Bernie campaign didn't expect the focus to change at Saturday's debate in Iowa.. Well, Paris didn't expect to be attacked either. Life can change on a freaking dime especially if you're POTUS.. they showed the world they can't handle it.

“It was a little bit of a bizarre scene. The Sanders representative, you know, really laid into CBS and basically … kind of threw, like, a little bit of a fit and said, ‘You are trying to turn this into a foreign policy debate. That’s not what any of us agreed to. How can you change the terms of the debate, you know, on the day of the debate. That’s not right,’” the staffer recounted.

And, this is from the media who wants a horserace!

Hillary knows things her rivals are only guessing at.. from your link..

"When Sanders called for regional powers, including Jordan, to get more involved in the fight against the Islamic State in Syria, she countered. “That is very unfair to a few you mentioned, most particularly Jordan, which has put a lot on the line for the United States, has also taken in hundreds of thousands of refugees from Syria.”

"Seventy-seven percent of Democratic insiders surveyed called Clinton the winner, saying that of

the three candidates on the stage, she showed the most presidential stature."

These Dems in NH get it.

Just go on being "pure" and avoid issues you don't want to talk about, Bernie. It's working so well.

“He made a mistake right off the bat in switching from Paris to the economy, and had an uneven

performance,” a New Hampshire Democrat said."

His opening statement didn't go over with these NH Dems.

from your link..

"Focused entirely on his base which demands the pure," said an unaligned Iowa Democrat. "Worst answer: Asked directly how he would work with a GOP Congress, he argued that the Political Revolution would sweep aside all in its path.”
