Got a guy on my clinic schedule for today who wants an exemption for the flu and COVID vaccine.
When my scheduler gets here, I'm going to have him call the patient and tell him no. Not just no, but FUCK NO!
This is the first request, but I doubt it will be the last.

I'm so over this shit...
Had a new patient today. She's starving herself to death, and her family is frantic.
I referred her to Behavioral Health. We'll see what happens. She thinks God commanded her to fast so she can "preach to the nations."
Her urine specimen is almost pure ketones, meaning her body is breaking down muscle mass for nutrients in a desperate bid to save itself.
I am so over the God delusion...
