Indeed?

I’m intrigued. Not familiar with the 3-and-a-half-years thing.

Please elaborate.

Not surprised.

They’d screw us all because they didn’t get their way.

Hmmmm ... sounds like something The Asset would do (and HAS done, already).

Clearly.

Well okay then. I'll stop trying to curb gun access. Then can I have my two friends back?

I lost two friends because there was a nice little handy-dandy gun in the house - within easy reach when they were having an argument.

How ‘bout I let up on the gun thing, and you get me my friends back? Deal?

And all those kids who survived the Parkland Florida high school massacre - can they get THEIR murdered friends back too?

And all those still grieving parents left behind after the massacre at Sandy Hook? Can they get their murdered children back?

And those sweet humble parishioners in that church shooting in Charleston, just meeting for Bible study, who were coldly blown away, can their families get THEM back?

To Seth Moulton and Kurt Schrader and the other Pelosi refuseniks

I’m still asking - you still SURE we needed somebody different in that job? Do you still think so? Or is it perhaps just a little bit too uncomfortable to recognize that a woman can have balls bigger than yours?

April 5, 2019

Good point. This is a MOST complicated issue.

And you’re right. Intent DOES matter.

I’m one of those who thinks there is a COLOSSAL difference between a hug or shoulder-rubbing “he touched my waist” during a quick selfie take and “grab ‘em by the pussy” because “when you’re a star, they let you do it.”

But there is the thing about changing times, changing comfort-levels and permission-levels. Millennials bring a different consciousness than baby boomers have brought, and a whole world of new thought.

Anybody who hems 'n' haws about releasing his/her tax returns

SHOULD go nowhere. And I include The Asset in that, too. He leads that list, for me.

April 5, 2019

But he never released them last time. Why should I

give him the benefit of the doubt this time? He still hasn’t earned it from last time!

About calimary

Female. Retired. Wife-Mom-Grandma. Approx. 30 years in broadcasting, at least 20 of those in news biz. Taurus. Loves chocolate - preferably without nuts or cocoanut. Animal lover. Rock-hound from pre-school age. Proud Democrat for life. Ardent environmentalist and pro-choicer. Hoping to use my skills set for the greater good. Still married to the same guy for 40+ years. Probably because he's a proud Democrat, too. Penmanship absolutely stinks, so I'm glad I'm a fast typist! I will always love Hillary and she will always be my President.
