I bet not one person in that January 6th insurrection voted for a Democrat. And they wanted to kill Nancy Pelosi. They were quite vocal about it. They singled out her and Mike Pence by name, and they vandalized her office, even pulling down the sign outside her office and posing for photos proudly holding splintered pieces of it for all the world to see.

I don’t know and have never known ANY Democrat who wanted that.

I saw her public statement earlier. I saw the coverage. Nobody seems to have made the point that, for all her “I don’t believe those things anymore” stuff today, it was PRECISELY her loud public endorsement of conspiracy crap that earned her national attention and made her famous and hot her into Congress, in the first place. As of only last November, don’t forget.

Okay, now I have a dilemma.

I just realized something from your post.

It helped to remind me just how nice it is NOT to be hearing from that bastard hour after hour anymore.

He was ALWAYS yowling into microphones and cameras. All the time. It was CONSTANT! NO newscast or news hour was a trump-free zone. There was literally no escape and no relief. Soundbite after soundbite after soundbite, press gaggle after press gaggle after press gaggle. Tweet after tweet after tweet after tweet after tweet. It was freakin’ MISERABLE! Just absolutely HORRID!

Dear God it’s such a relief now, with that schmuck muzzled, driven from office, gone into what I hope is perpetual exile in what some clever DUer calls Mierda-Lago. It’s so wonderful NOT to have to hear from him anymore. And to know that he just doesn’t matter anymore!

And I hope that’s how it stays.
