About NSRUSA

As President of NSR Meditation/USA, I distribute a self-taught course in NSR Meditation , an inexpensive, effortless, and enjoyable mental technique for eliminating stress and improving life. I also support the experience of meditators through public and private consultations. This is a nonprofit activity. I am a retired software engineer, having worked for a variety of companies, large and small, over a period of more than 30 years. My current main engineering interest is in Web programming and website design.
