that everyone sees that even on DU3 the anti-owsers are a small fringe minority and the pro-ows is the overwhelming majority.

And since we're not there as full supporters, the sentiment appears to me that the people here are ows supporters and the ones over there are not. If we raise that thread up there, the world will get the wrong impression of them and perhaps not notice US, the real supporters of ows.

20. oh I wouldn't quite go that far. some old fudy dudy types think politics is only about elections -

They may just be too young or too naive or too unlearned in history to know that to actually change a society - to even make elections relevant you have to agitate and force issues into the center of discussion that the centers of power don't want discussed. Of course that has been truly of every great social movement in history. They were all accused of only hurting their cause - they were all at times unpopular in the polls - but of course I don't have to explain that to you - but some folks may simply not have the political maturity to understand that real democracy is not going to happen only by registration drives and elections campaigns - it requires confrontation and agitation and annoying the public - before election will make any difference. Some folks mean will but they just don't get it. And that has always been the case.
