The idea that Kissinger had to to present information to get on the 9/11 commission means that they can try to force Hagel to do the same is ludicrous. There have been several SoD nominated without the information. It's nothing but a fishing expedition. This is typical for them. They did the same thing to Clinton with the investigations during his presidency.
