They are going to be a minority here. There are over 400 subscribers to this group, the odds are, even if they are chosen as jurors, they will be over-ruled. Ultimately by restricting it to members/subscribers only we will actually be judged by a jury of our peers.

That said, since we are talking hypotheticals I would also add other restrictions like having to actually have posted in this group 3* times over 90 days, and banning blocked members from serving on AA juries.

*or some other number
