I think Jeantel was poorly-vetted. The prosecution should have did a better job telling her what to say and what not to. The part where she mentioned Trayvon calling George Zimmerman a "creepy ass cracker" wasn't really necessary, and it might hurt their side's case IMO because the media is likely going to be more focused on the "cracker" part and imply that Trayvon was racist. All of this could divert from the gist of what he was saying, which was that a creepy man was stalking him.
