Harford County Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Edgewater Shopping Center.
Wen crews arrived on the scene, they found a male victim that had been shot in the leg. He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries ...

... Solathal T. Delilly, 20, of the 1800 block of Grempler Way, was identified as the victim of the shooting, which occurred about 1:30 p.m. near the Edgewater Village Shopping Center at Route 40 near Paul Martin Drive, Harford County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Monica Worrell said.
Delilly was taken to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released, she said ...
The investigation showed Delilly was struck in the head then shot in the leg by an unknown suspect. He is described as a black man, about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a light complexion, who was wearing a black polo shirt and khaki shorts at the time of the shooting.
The shopping center is on a busy stretch of Route 40, although the adjoining neighborhood, Edgewater Village, has a history of violent crime, particularly in the last 15 years ...
