You're paying for your own training. What's wrong with being required to be better trained? Do you really want a bunch of half-trained cowboys shooting up the Starbucks?

Also, I would point out that one your esteemed members of the gunnerhood here thinks there should be no restrictions on the sale of pseudoephedrine.
