Feb 2013

He was attacked by THREE dogs, her's was just one of them. Apparently the dog got loose and used this freedom to "assault" someone. Whether it tore his shirt by jumping up on him with its paws or it tore his shirt by biting it. Who knows.

He was so afraid he didn't want to walk past the house again, and instead stopped at a neighbor's home to ask for help. Fortunately it wasn't a little kid.

Lucky for him the three dogs did not wish to injure him seriously or he would be severely mauled or dead.

In any case, the judge will hear both sides of the story and make what he thinks is the best decision based upon the evidence.
