IMO, nothing there will have any impact on anyone who doesn't already believe what's being said. It's too long, too angry, and not particularly entertaining. There are lots of assertions but very little information, and it overstates some of its case. For example, even the people who say that public workers are overpaid are not generally blaming them for the financial collapse, so that comes across as a bit of a strawman argument. And so on. If I wanted to try to make some impact on someone who was not already convinced about this stuff, I'd use Jon Stewart and Colbert clips. Facts and humor go further than assertions and anger.
