that because Fokkks is cable, (ie purchased programming), it does not need to comply with the same standards, that "over the air" broadcasting does... the FCC has little if any regulatory power over the cable industry..

while all you say is true, i would beg to differ on one conclusion... if we play their game, we sacrifice the truth.. fighting lies with lies is counterproductive..
